*IRR: Internal rate of return. The IRR corresponds to the average annual rate of return on an investment, calculated on the basis of all cash flows (initial investments, income, final resale, etc.) over the entire duration of the transaction. It measures the annual profitability of a project, taking into account both the amount and timing of cash flows, as well as associated costs.
Net investor performance: amount paid to the investor, net of all fees and gross of taxes, which corresponds to the difference between the sale price of the work and its purchase price, minus the gallery's commission, taxes, and Matis's fees.

For each selected artwork, a project company is structured to allow investment through the subscription of convertible bonds into shares.

We entrust the artworks to leading global galleries for resale
Once financed, the artwork is given to a network of galleries specializing in the specific artist, capable of presenting it to the proper collector at its market value. Investors regain their investment as well as any realized capital gains (not guaranteed) after the artwork is resold.
